Overview

Clubs & leisure

At a membership venue the surface is the product. Members feel a court that's gone hard, drains badly or plays inconsistently, and they say so. The cushioned SPU product is our flagship for exactly this setting — it plays consistently, is easier on joints across a long session, and the tennis grade carries ITF certification, which matters if you host graded competition. It's low-odour and water-based, so it suits an indoor sports hall as readily as outdoor courts, and the Maple finish gives the look of a traditional timber hall floor with the maintenance profile of a PU product. Plenty of club work is resurfacing rather than new build; the team will review what's already there and advise whether the existing base can be reused.

What matters here

What buyers in this sector ask us first.

Every site is different, but the same handful of questions come up each time. Here's how we approach them.

01

Certification for graded play

The tennis grade of our SPU court product carries ITF certification. Whether your finished court is certified depends on the base and build, which we confirm per site.

02

Consistent play, session after session

A seamless cushioned surface plays the same across the whole court and stays that way — no joints to lift, and good resistance to ageing, yellowing and colour loss.

03

Indoor halls as well as outdoor courts

The product is water-based and low-odour, so it works indoors as well as out. The Maple finish mimics a timber sports-hall floor if that's the look your venue wants.

04

Resurfacing an existing facility

Many club projects are refurbishments. We'll look at the existing base and construction and advise whether it can be built on or needs addressing first, rather than assuming a full rebuild.

Usually the right fit

Products we most often specify here

A starting point, not a rule — the right product depends on the sport, the setting and the base you already have.
