Overview

This family answers the “poured vs rolled” question. Fully prefabricated rolls give consistent factory performance and a fast install, while SPUR (semi-prefabricated PUR, a foamed polyurethane) combines a prefabricated cushion layer with a cast-in-place surface. SPUR is positioned to solve the three classic failure points of traditional prefabricated tracks — seam cracking, blistering and seam lift — and can be refurbished and recoloured by grinding and re-coating, a real advantage over standard prefab.

Prefabricated running track

A fully prefabricated rolled product — the surface is made under factory conditions and delivered in rolls, so its performance is settled before it reaches site and the install is quick. Offered in two variants: the “Teng” series for high elasticity and strong buffer performance, and the “Heng” series for longer life, using EPDM.

Choose it when: The programme is tight and you want factory-consistent performance rather than a surface cured on site.
Trade-off: Rolled means seams. If seams are the concern, SPUR below is the answer to that.

SPUR running track

The semi-prefabricated product for athletics tracks: a prefabricated cushion layer with a cast-in-place surface over it, so you get factory-made cushioning under a seamless top. It's the grade positioned against prefab's three classic failure points — seam cracking, blistering and seam lift — and it can be refurbished and recoloured by grinding and re-coating.

Two series: C — the classic build. S — reinforced, adding toughening for better spike resistance, weather resistance and tensile strength.
Choose it when: You want prefab cushioning without prefab seams, or want the option to refurbish rather than replace later.

SPUR Sport Court Flooring

The same semi-prefabricated SPUR build applied to courts rather than tracks — prefabricated cushion layer, cast-in-place surface — adapted for court sports.

Choose it when: A court wants SPUR's prefab cushion and seamless top rather than a fully poured SPU build.
What's different: The construction is SPUR; only the application changes from track to court.
