You may use this site for your own business or personal purposes — researching surfacing products and getting in touch. You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with how it runs, and no automated scraping of its content.

We aim to keep the site available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

The site describes surfacing products in general terms. Nothing on it is a quotation or an offer to contract. Any costs, lead times, dimensions or performance figures mentioned are indicative and provided for guidance only.

Every project is surveyed and priced individually. Price, specification, programme and warranty terms are confirmed in writing per project, and only those written terms bind us. Site condition, base, drainage, groundworks and access all affect what is achievable and what it costs.

Certification claims — such as ITF or World Athletics — relate to specific products and their build-ups. Certification applies to the product as specified and installed, and the applicable certification for your project is confirmed as part of your specification.

The content, design, text, graphics and layout of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own reference in connection with a potential project. You may not republish or use our content commercially without our permission.

Third-party names, standards and logos referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners, and are used to identify the standards our products are built to.

Project examples are shown to illustrate the type and scale of work we supply. Photography and illustrations are representative; the finished appearance of your surface depends on your specification, colour selection, line markings and site conditions.

Where we link to third-party sites, we do so for information. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded under English law.

Subject to that, we're not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site. Where you engage us on a project, our liability is governed by the written contract for that project rather than by these terms.
